Barbara Burke and Associates
Barbara Burke is an internationally known consultant, speaker and author who specializes in the “people side” of customer service management. She is also the author of the Napkin, the Melon and the Monkey. Kari Alberg and I worked to create the new site utilizing the Dreamweaver templating system. I worked mostly on the information architecture and technical side of things for this project and continue to do some content updating.
